Problem with window baloon notifications

Is it possible my notifications could be wrong? Messed up some how? *lol*

Lately, they have been telling me my antivirus and wireless are off and unsecure, but when I go to check this out, all is good. Wireless is secure and nod32 is on and active.

Any thoughts or advice? I'm not sure where else to check.
